i scream for ice cream!

Wednesday, 21 May 2014

Ice cream is one of my favourite foods and I love Summer when I can eat it daily. For breakfast if I like! From next week we will be stocking Cream O’Galloway ice cream. It is made in Scotland with milk from happy Scottish cows so that makes me happy to sell it in my little tearoom. I’m canvassing customers in the tearoom and on Facebook at the moment to finalise flavours. It is a tricky business especially when there are so many cakey inspired flavours. Pop over to Facebook to have your say.

rag rug making workshop 7th june 2014

Do you ever wonder what to do with fabric scraps? I know I never throw mine out so I have bags of little pieces of fabric I don’t quite know what to do with. In this workshop you’ll find the very thing to do with such fabric, making a rag rug of course with Flora McPherson.

This full day workshop includes tools, equipment and refreshments. You should bring fabric scraps and remnants. Classes must be booked in advance and cost £40 per person. Click on the poster for a link to Flora’s website.
